Worst Wednesday Ever or Most Wonderful Wednesday Ever ????

This is the third day of our "Andover CT Adventure".

Terrible Tuesday did however end on a very happy note.  A campfire outside with the the kids and our sweet little Charlotte sleeping in bed with us as she always did when she stayed at our house in Orlando.  If we hadn't had the trouble with the rig we would have missed that.

It was early up this morning.  Paul quietly left for work at 6 am.  Then Erika and Elliot were next as Elliot rides the school bus that picks him up at 7:30.

Charlotte and Claire were the last to rise and shine.  Erika took Charlotte to school and then we had a wonderful breakfast of Corn Beef Hash and Eggs.

I headed over to "My Dream Salon" for a haircut.  I haven't had one in months and I looked frightful!!  Alli did a great job and even Peter liked the cut.  Said it was the best one in over a year.

We received a call from the repair serviceman.  He told us they thought they could fix  our  problem with a smaller belt, but unfortunately that didn't work.  The only option was replacing the compressor and they said they could get one today.  After lunch we headed back to the repair place at about 1:00.  Upon arrival we were told they had already tried two compressors and neither fit.  But they were waiting for the delivery of one more.  So once again we found ourselves sitting in the car with Chelsea at my feet.  We were beginning to think maybe this was a huge mistake and we were making the wrong move with the wrong vehicle.  We were emotionally drained.

The 3rd compressor fit!  So now it was just a matter of time before we would be able to continue our trip.  We finally paid the $$$$$ for the repair and got back on the road north at 4:50 pm.  We decided that all we really needed to accomplish today was to get OUT OF FLORIDA.  We did it.  We only drove for an hour and set up camp in Brunswick Georgia.  This was our welcoming sunset as we entered our campground!

We are hoping to be on the road very early tomorrow morning.  Good night and sweet dreams !! Hopefully God will be with us the rest of our trip!
